"Tracking Felt Kind of Off"
The tracking did update, but it just didn’t feel totally reliable. For a few days it looked like my order was just sitting there, and then all of a sudden it was out for delivery. The package showed up around when I expected, more or less, but the whole waiting part felt weirdly stressful and not very clear

"Didn’t Feel Comfortable Checking Out"
I was about to place an order on enchantbubble, but I got to the payment section and kind of hesitated. Compared to other sites I’ve shopped on, there just wasn’t as much clear info about how my card details would be protected. Maybe plenty of people are fine with it, but I didn’t feel confident enough to take the risk. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Easy return, just a little slow"
I had to return one item because I accidentally picked the wrong size... totally my fault. The return process was simple, and I got the label without any hassle. The refund took a few days, so not exactly super fast, but it was fine. Overall, it was a good experience... I just wish the updates came a little quicker

"Confirmation email was confusing"
I got the confirmation email, but it wasn’t super clear what I had actually ordered. I had to go back and read it a couple times instead of just being able to glance at it and go, “Yep, that’s right.” Not the best first impression, honestly.

"Sizing was a bit hit or miss"
I ordered a few things from enchantbubble and, for some reason, the sizing was kind of all over the place. One item fit perfectly, but another felt smaller than what the size chart suggested. The quality seems okay overall, I just wish the fit was more consistent. Not a bad experience, but definitely a mixed one for me.

"Looks nice, but doesn’t hold up great"
When it showed up, I actually liked the way it looked. It was close to the pictures, and shipping was fine, no real problems there. But after using it for a bit, the material just feels kind of flimsy. A few spots started wearing down sooner than I thought they would, so it doesn’t really seem built for regular use. For the price, I was expecting it to last a little longer. It’s probably fine if you just need something for a short time, but I don’t think I’d buy it again

I had to reach out to enchantbubble.com because I couldn’t tell if my order had actually gone through or not. They did get back to me, and the reply was polite and answered my question, so that part was good. At the same time, waiting about 2 days felt slow when I was already unsure what was happening. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, but I also wouldn’t call it great. Kind of helpful and frustrating at the same time. 3 stars seems about right
